DISCOVERING THE BEAUTY OF THAILAND...
Delicious Food
You will never be hungry in Thailand. There are different kind of food where you can choose. Thailand is famous for its spicy but delicious food. You will fall in love for its unique taste. My favorites are Som Tam (papaya salad), Thai fried rice, noodle soup, minced pork and the seafood curry in coconut shell.
Beautiful Places with Wonderful People
CULTURAL EXCURSION
Miss Apinya and the other friendly and kind staff of IRDTP brought us to different tourist destinations in Khon Kaen and Udonthani. They were very supportive to us, we really enjoyed the view and the whole experience because of the two of them they were really fun to be with. We had a chance to captured those wonderful moments because they were very willing to take a lot of photos of us. The two of them became our photographers for the whole tour. It was a great experience to see the beautiful places in Thailand and the excursion became extra special because the two of them and the other SEA-Teachers Project participants, Dan, Vivi, Icha, Yoshika and Suzuka, who became my good friends.
Wat Phra Bat Phu Pan Kham
Buddhist temple in Khuean Ubolratana, Thailand
It was a long walk and I was exhausted because we chose to climb up the steps instead of riding up in the car, but it was worth it because of the beautiful temple and amazing view.
Ubolratana Dam
We had our lunch in this restaurant. It was filled with laughter and stories. We also took this opportunity to take a photos with the beautiful view.
Dose Espresso
After our lunch we went to Dose Espresso to relax and to think about our answers to Miss Apinya's questions about our cross cultural learning experience before the actual video recording.
Paradise Hotel
We had checked in to Paradise Hotel in Udon Thani we stayed there for one night. At that night, my friends (SEA-Teachers participants) and I went to the swimming pool area and played "Truth or Truth" instead of "Truth or Dare" we just asked random questions to get to know more about each other. Even though we were all tired, we had a wonderful night filled with laughter.

KHON KAEN UNIVERSITY
IRDTP
This was our first time in IRDTP, we were fascinated by the place it was like a palace in the movies or white house, that was why we took photos with it.
KKU Museum
Just Around KKU
When we had free time we jogged or roamed around KKU. I also took a photo in the building of the faculty where my mentor Miss Atjima and one of the teacher in SMD who became my good friend/older sister Miss Praew studied. Miss Atjima was from Faculty of Education while Miss Praew was from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Primary School
These are my photos in the exhibition of works of the pupils in the Primary School of Khon Kaen University. Some teachers accompanied us to the primary school to have a glimpse of Thai culture. I have seen the different artworks of the students and their national costumes. They also sold products that they made by themselves. The pupils also performed some of their cultural dance, and they play musicals instruments. I admired them because at their young age they confidently showcase their wonderful talent.

DR. NOMURA
These are my photos with my guide/friend/older sister, Ajarn Praew. She was very supportive to me. I am thankful for her because she was always there for me whenever I needed help. She always take care of me and treated me as her younger sister.
The other photos was the night she treated us for dinner with other SEA-Teacher participants.
These are our photos in our meeting with Dr. Nomura. It was kind of him to also invite us (all SEA-Teacher participants) for dinner. It felt great to talk to a humble, passionate and wise person as him. In our dinner we talked about the similarities and differences of our countries. I also discovered how he love Thailand and how he respected Thai people. He also know how to speak Thai. He also shown his love and appreciation in our countries (Philippines and Indonesia.)
A DAY with FILIPINO TEACHER
